Matt Housh, principal from Mills Lawn School (K-6 School, Yellow Springs), will discuss strategies that build deeper foundations to support and sustain project-based instruction (PBL). The presentation will focus on specific structures that increase student engagement, exhibition preparedness, and a culture of inquiry. This foundational work addresses professional development, coaching opportunities, and group practices that further enhance the process of project-based learning. Matt will draw on over seven years of sustained work with an ever-evolving and fully integrated elementary school PBL model.
